If I only had a fence!

Oh, to have a fence for these boys to sit on for the pictures for this blog!

Terry's been blogging about Sacred Heart Saddlery today. She has said it much better than I. Hardly a day passes without me yearning for the days gone by in such a lovely setting! We spent Easter there, and Tim Shatraw made these belts for my boys.

Even if cowboy stuff is not your thing, every man needs a belt - order yours today! My hubby is a recent leather belt convert. He says he'll never wear another type of belt again!

A few of my favorite things...

Okay, so now that I've promised I would not be posting my favorite things until after Easter, I've found some time... go figure!

gemsbowtique is making these adorable kitten hats

nogginsnbobbins will crochet your little one a hat like this... free shipping!

elliefitz has this beautiful cable knit hat for your young 'un...

Who can resist a cupcake hat from artology?

And all kinds of beautiful things over at BabbidgePatch

Even in my house there aren't enough heads for all of the beautiful hats these sellers are making! Oh, to have a different hat to perfectly match every outfit I could ever put on one of my children. :)

Empty promises....

You're probably thinking I'm never going to show you those favorite shops. I will. I promise! Really! We're busy preparing for Easter. I'll probably not get to my favorite things until after Easter. In the mean time, I'll show you some more "homemade" hats....

Hats!

Today I'd like to find some time to show you some of my other favorite hat sellers on etsy.
That's later... right now it's time to feed the hungry mungries. Yesterday everybody had a bowl of cereal, then made myself some eggs... three of them because there's always somebody that needs to "share" my eggs with me. I sat down at the table (big mistake). I got three, "I want eggs!" Gave away the three eggs. Made three more eggs. Two more, "I want eggs!" and TWO "Can I have another?" ***Just in case you've lost track, that left me at a negative egg*** So I make three more... another, "Can I have more?"... I give away one and a half of the last the batch (yes, I was selfish and gave a, "Can I have more?" only a half an egg). That left me with an egg and a half to eat hiding IN THE KITCHEN.... just in case! It's a good thing they had already had breakfast. I may STILL be there cooking eggs!

One final picutre thought....

The thinking cap.

We're studying our shapes today.

(I promise the hats in my favorite etsy shops don't look like this one)
